Our Business...

Since the 1980's our principal has been supporting  a wide variety of facilities including DOD facilities, academic facilities, biotech facilities, hospitals, major research organizations, and large research animal facilities. We are proud of our ability to be good listeners so we can translate your requirements into technical specifications.

Over the past two decades we have managed a variety of projects. Here is a sample:

• Renovation of an entire laboratory and fume hood exhaust system for a major research institution.
• Developed BioSafety and biosecurity plans for a BSL-3 and ABSL-3 facility.
• Developed plans and managed the construction of a Vivarium expansion.
• Developed and implemented a Biosafety and General Workplace Safety plan for a large research institution.
• Construction of cGMP manufacturing and testing  facilities.
• Spearheaded relocation plans for a major biotech company
• Performed an O&M assessment of physical plant operations for a major university

Who We Are....

David Kaye is president of Facilities Management Solutions LLC. His background in facilities management spans more than 40 years including a career in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, senior positions at two major research universities (Yale and Stanford)  and more than 17 years as the Senior Director, Facilities and Research Services for the biomedical research and development division of the American Red Cross' National Headquarters. 

He has been a facilities management practitioner for most of his career and has received numerous awards from employers as well as municipalities.
